INTENSE FOCUS TRAINING (IFT)
Brian offers the total solution! Bodybuilding and fitness provide all of the elements that carry over into every aspects of our life - they must work in conjunction in order to be successful. People are under the misconception that bigger and stronger means means being different a POSITIVE way.
Learn to develop confidence, how to focus, and allow yourself to bring every fiber of your mind and body to bear on the issue at hand through IFT. Achieve the self-confidence to believe in yourself, develop an incredible degree of focus and intensity and use these skills to further your personal life and business career. More importantly, overcome life's biggest obstacle - to face, cope and work with fear itself.
Suffering from panic attacks for years, Brian trained himself to overcome anxiety and continue on with life using IFT - he empowered himself to realize that he had the mental and physical ability to overcome challenges. In addition, he recognized that the key to attaining his goals, both in and out of the gym, was to work smarter - not harder. If you apply this concept, you'll attain goals faster and easier. Instead of working out for hours, a person can spend 15 to 20 minutes working out in the gym - and achieve the same goals - and it applies to every aspect of your life!
We all have the capacity for sustained discipline; we are able to subject ourselves consistently, and without compromise, to a "smarter not longer" process that is required to produce a specific result. We have the ability to use ego and pride as a force - your sense of self-confidence evolves as you improve physically and emotionally in a brief period of time - and you are taught to keep striving for more.
