There was a Kid I Know...
He was considered strong and had a very tough-willed personality. He was very involved with sports, music and the "whole" high school atmosphere. He was very popular; he got along with everyone. In 1979 he started working for his family business, part-time, after school and on weekends. He married his high school sweetheart and prom queen. She went to college, as did most of his friends, while he went to work full-time as a mechanic in the family business.
During this time he had developed anxiety that led to these "attacks". He would often stay up all night lying on the floor, next to the front door. This was in case this "thing" would attack again he would be able to rush himself to the hospital (he had already been there many times.) Pride and ego kept him from telling anyone.EVEN HIS WIFE; she was working as a flight attendant and was often away for three days at a time.
The family business started doing poorly, and he tried "his hand" at selling to help out. He was so "panicky" and nervous about his confidence that he couldn't get anywhere. In one instance, he even made an appointment to fly and meet with a company in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; because of his episodes with panic attacks, he didn't even get on the plane. He always made excuses so nobody realized what was happening. In 1988, the family business finally folded.

I will not revel my son's name however I will tell you that Brian has completely changed the way he looks at life. He communicated to my son's level (18) what and how to become the person he wants to be. No crap, just good REAL information. I am forever grateful
