There is a significant difference between training “hard” and training with “intensity.” This distinct and separate training program is for those who want to focus exclusively on physical development as a means to mental and emotional strengthening.
IFT ™ with weights is special… so special that Brian has been cited in many publications for his training methods. Again, it is the approach that makes this training so different. It is immediate, intense, and habit forming, which is what we all want as we seek to acquire good health, both physically and mentally.
The Experience.. Brian’s training session last approximately 20 minutes. That’s it, and as he says, “there is music, but no fruit bars and no “yapping.” What you get is complete focus on the muscles you are working. The same applies aerobically.
Brian’s methods are proven and they not only help you form good habits, they help you beyond the Motivate For Success facility and far beyond the session. Now take that same intensity, that same focus and determination and use it in all aspects of your life. And what is also so wondrous about this is you don’t have to join a gym to achieve these workouts.
1 on 1 customized training with Brian… This is a multi-faceted in the approach, each program is unique to your needs, abilities, and personal goals.
Small Group Training with Brian… It is often a good thing to workout with partners, to push each other, and to form that bond of achievement.

One-on-One Coaching or Small Group Workshops – Every session is tailored to the needs of the client or small group. Understandably the one-on-one coaching offers the most focused and personalized attention. Please note small groups are limited to 5 people or less.
IFT ™ with Weights Workshop – Ages 13+ and No gym experience required, limited up to 5 people. Some individuals enjoy working towards their goals in a physical setting, if this is you, then the MFS Peak Performance Training Workshop should be your choice. There are no gray areas, only hard work, focus, and mental toughness. See what your body can do when you master you mind.
